Returns

All returns for credit must have prior approval. The credit granted for such returns, will be based on the invoice value at the time of purchase and will be assessed a 20% restocking charge, except for defective merchandise or unless otherwise authorized. Proof of purchase is required and no returns will be considered 30 days after date of purchase. Customer will be responsible for all cost(s) related to returning product(s). Custom product/project sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns without an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will not be accepted. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.

Damaged Goods
If the contents of your order are damaged, or some materials are missing, please contact us so that we may resolve this issue.

Tips for Success:
- Inventory your shipment - In many cases, your order may come in multiple parcels. Check with the delivering carriers packing sheet to ensure that all boxes have arrived.

- Inspect for damage - As soon as your package arrive, inspect the packaging and its contents to ensure that your order is undamaged.
